03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a layer approximately 1/3 inch thick.
04 - Distribute mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries if desired.
06 - Gently press toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.
07 - Freeze uncovered for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift bark onto a cutting board, and break or cut into pieces to serve immediately or store frozen.
